Nanny & Housekeeping Support Needed – Flexible Schedule (ABN Required)
We are a busy and loving family looking for a warm, reliable, and proactive nanny/housekeeper to support us in caring for our four boys, aged 8, 6, 4, and 1.
Childcare Responsibilities:
Occasional school pick-up and after-school care (until 6pm)
Daytime nannying for our youngest two (especially Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays)
Occasional weekend nannying (5–6 hours)
Extra support during school holidays
Providing attentive, patient care tailored to each child’s needs
Experience supporting neurodivergent children is highly valued
Housekeeping Duties:
General tidying and light cleaning
Vacuuming
Laundry and helping keep children's areas organised
Meal prep or assistance with meals for the children
Schedule:
Hours and days will vary week to week depending on family needs
Flexibility is essential
Approx. 15–20 hours per week on average.
Requirements:
Experience with children of various ages, particularly under 5s
Confident supporting neurodivergent children (e.g., ADHD, autism)
Calm, caring, and organised
ABN (Australian Business Number) – must be able to invoice for services
Driver’s license and own car preferred (not essential)
First Aid certification and Working With Children Check highly regarded
