I have a beautiful 15 month old boy who we will need some help with as we run our family business. We currently have two beautiful Nanny’s that have been with us since Noah was 10 weeks old. However, unfortunately they have placements which means that we will need someone to come in and help out during these times.

I would also love to travel a bit later in the year and would like someone that could come along and help out with Noah.

Noah is full of energy and loves to play outside. He will keep you on your toes as he is walking/ running and is very very active. He loves music and our golden retriever Rosie. He is a very happy little man and is generally pretty easy to please.

As I work full time we will also need some help around the house while he naps/ plays independently with some light house chores such as laundry and dishes. We love our current nanny’s and the initiative they take to keep our house in order so that when we come home there isn’t too much for us to do at night.

My name is Christeen, and I'm looking for a caring and reliable babysitter for our 1-year-old son, Tavi, for two out of the following three days: Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. I work from home and need someone to care for Tavi during business hours (9am–5pm). Note, we're located in Mickleham.

We're hoping to find someone who:
• Can plan age-appropriate, engaging activities that support Tavi’s motor and cognitive development (bonus if you're familiar with Montessori-style play).
• Can assist with preparing and feeding meals.
• Is confident putting him down for naps independently (I'll be around to support you as he gets used to it).
• Can change nappies.
• Can help with his daily routine, especially to support an earlier bedtime around 7pm.
• Wouldn’t mind helping with small daily household tasks while Tavi naps.
• Bonus: Speaks Spanish! I’m hoping to reintroduce the language into our home, and exposure through play and conversation would be wonderful.

We prefer someone who has professional experience working with toddlers aged 1–2, whether as a babysitter, in a daycare or early childhood education setting, and who can provide references for that experience.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone nurturing, fun, and trustworthy. Someone Tavi will be excited to see and feel safe with. So far, he’s been cared for by his grandparents and is used to being with loving, familiar adults.

A bit about us:
We’re a small family of four: my husband and I, our sweet 1-year-old Tavi, and Benji, our gentle and friendly 7-year-old Golden Retriever. We live in Mickleham and both my husband and I work from home. We follow a gentle parenting approach and are inspired by Montessori principles. We aim to give Tavi the freedom to explore, learn, and grow at his own pace in a calm and supportive environment.

We are a young family of 5. I have a set of 13 month old twins, girl and boy and a 2year old girl that is currently in daycare for most of the day. I am having some health issues at the moment and my elderly parents are caring for the twins. However they are not coping with the situation anymore and we need extra help. My husband goes to.work at 530am which is when my mother comes and takes over care. We would need help from around 6am onwards for as much of the day as possible. The twins sleep 2 times a day. Hi there!
We are looking for a casual babysitter who can look after our two girls (currently aged 4 and 6 years) on weekends at the moment. Eventually (in 2026) we would like someone who could pick them up from school on a few afternoons a week and bring them home, let them play/play with them, and get dinner sorted. This will be a slow start, because for now it would be just babysitting casually at night or during the day until it is more of a nanny role in 2026.
