Hi there!
We are looking for a casual babysitter to collect our two children from school & return them home for afternoon tea / play / homework.
We ideally require someone available Monday, Tuesday & Thursday afternoons but as I work freelance it would be wonderful to hire someone with a little flexibility with their schedules.
Our children are 10 & 7 and are super lovely! Our last babysitter was with us for over two years & we would love to make that connection with someone again.
Hi, our daughter has started prep this year. sadly our nanny plans have fallen through.
We are a happy and calm family and would welcome you into our lives as a member of our family. We are also a sensible but cautious family in our current approach to COVID and would appreciate someone with the same attitude.
Pick up from school and our daughter has some after school activities that will form part of the week but otherwise will be based at home.
We’d love someone focused on our child’s development and not on screens.
Some light meal prep would be helpful.
Can’t wait to meet you!

Looking for someone to pick up 7 year old girl from school 3pm Tuesdays and Thursdays - or Mondays and Fridays - in Mount Gravatt East region - it's a drive through - and bring her back to our home nearby (potentially walk dog with her, go to local playground, craft, reading, swimming in our pool, potentially take to swimming lesson up the road etc). Care until around 5:30pm. Our other 3 - independent high schoolers - may be home sometimes but are self sufficient so are not included in the remit. Blue card & own car required. thanks,
What I'm looking for:
I am a single mum with a 5 year old daughter in prep at the local school. I work full time and am looking for someone to come over some mornings, get her ready and fed, make her lunch, and walk her to school for drop-off (just under 10 min walk). It would be useful to have a license/car for when it is raining heavily. I might ask some light housework alongside when practical (mostly tidying /clearing) and happy to pay for an extra hour of light housework after pick-up now and then - details and frequency for this could be agreed week by week. Ad hoc after school pick ups & evening/weekend babysitting will also come up occasionally (if the applicant is available and interested).
When do I need help:
The role is for 2 mornings a week to start with while I see how well it goes (might increase). Starting 1st August or as soon as possible after. Wednesday is fixed; the other day could be changed if needed. I definitely want someone who can commit until end of November at minimum. If you work with us into next year, the days needed will likely change with my schedule.
What is the pay:
Pay is a starting point and negotiable for the right applicant. Someone who my daughter will get to know and who will be involved with us as a family for a while would be a priority for me.
We are looking for regular help from approx. 3-6:30pm on Mon, Tues and Thurs (or at least two of those days). Some flexibility around daily start/finish times for the right person. Ashgrove 4060 location.
Role includes collecting our two gorgeous kids (4 y.o and almost 2 y.o) from nearby kindy around 4pm (either walking or driving; you can use our car); preparing simple dinner (one or both of us will usually be home from work around 5pm so can do this together); and helping with some general light household duties before collecting the kids and after dinner (Eg small supermarket shop, dishwasher stacking and unloading, hanging out and folding washing).
Experience with toddlers and a clean driving record are essential. Look forward to hearing from you!
We are looking for a nanny who is capable of doing school pick up, homework, taking kids to sport, cooking dinner and cleaning up after the kids in the afternoon. Boys are really good kids and old enough to be relatively easy just really need assistance with homework and generally taking care of them after school.
We are seeking the support of a well-rounded household professional to help this young couple with the day to day management of our home. This role will focus on domestic and admin tasks to help the family's lives run smoothly. Best suited to candidates who have experience as a home manager/family assistant. We have a 7 year old daughter and a 5 year old son. We are looking for someone with a bubbly personality who has a can do attitude who is warm with children – the children need to be dropped to school and collected after school and be taken to school activities twice a week.
