Babysitting and Nanny Jobs in Purga QLD

Help needed between 7am - 9am to prepare school lunch and drop off at school (Yerongsa state high school and Junction Park State School). Family living in Acacia Ridge.

Approx 20hrs per week Nanny Needed!

We're a happy family with three beautiful children (6yr and 8yr old daughters & 10yr old son) - we've previously had a nanny in this same role so the children are well adjusted to additional help.

We're currently looking for a before school nanny with some additional evening/weekend/sleep-over work on occasion (all negotiable!)

We're looking for someone who is the following:
-Fun & Caring
-Reliable
-Excellent organisational skills
-Able to juggle the morning chores required to get three kids to school.
(aka making lunches, doing the girls' hair, supporting the school-age kids to get their belongings together, etc)
-A safe driver with a car for school drop offs when required
-Household duties such as laundry (with a washer/dryer set up, so mostly folding and putting away), tidying kitchen, keeping the kids room & playroom tidy, etc. (We do get a cleaner weekly, so it's only ever tidying or a quick vacuum, not full cleaning)
-Initiative to see potential help needed around the home and to provide that extra support as appropriate

A typical week may look like the following:
Monday - Tuesday 5:15am-8:30am (sometimes later)
Friday 6:30am-8:30am
**Some afternoons required on occasion (3:30-5:30)
*Some occasional night/weekend work as suits. Additional hours possible during school holidays.

We really care about our Nanny and will support you in this role as much as possible. This role would be ideal for a uni-student.

Our current nanny will provide a week's cross over to ease the right applicant into the role.

We are looking for a caring and reliable nanny to help look after our two boys.

About the children:
• Two boys, 3 years 9 months and 2 years 10 months
• Energetic, playful, and curious

Schedule:
Ideally 12:00pm – evening (around 8:00–9:00pm).
We are flexible and can discuss the exact hours.

Responsibilities:
• Spend time playing with the children at home
• Engage them in simple learning activities, such as:
• ABC
• Writing their names
• Counting from 1–20
• Reading books and doing fun educational activities
• Helping with a calm afternoon/evening routine

Additional help:
When the father is away, we may need help with school pick-up and drop-off, so being able to drive would be a big plus.
We can provide a car for school runs if needed.

We are looking for someone who is patient, nurturing, and experienced with young children, and who enjoys supporting early learning through play.

Location: Sunnybank, Brisbane

Date Night Sitter Wanted! 🌙
My partner and I are looking for a reliable sitter to help us get a weekly date night back on the calendar! We have two kiddos (ages 4 and 5) who love to play.

The Details:

When: Every Monday or Wednesday (we can be flexible on which day).

Time: 5:00 PM onwards.

The Job: Basically just hanging out with the kids, feeding them a quick dinner, and getting them through their bedtime routine.
