After School Carer / Babysitter Required – Cleveland, QLD
Location: Cleveland, QLD
Days: Monday to Friday
Time: 5:45pm – 6:45pm (1 hour per day)
Still paid for the hour
Child: 8-year-old boy
I am seeking a reliable, caring, and responsible babysitter/carer to assist with after-school care for my 8-year-old son on weekday evenings, while ime in transit
Duties Include:
After School Care Pick-Up
Collect my son from Early Learners Wellington Point East at approximately 5:45pm.
Drive him safely home to Cleveland (approximately 12-minute drive).
Evening Routine
Upon arriving home:
Heat and serve a prepared dinner from the refrigerator.
Send my son a shower (no assistance required)
Assist with and supervise homework
1 maths or clock-related question/activity.
Writing 8 sight words.
Reading and saying 8 Heart Words.
Reading an online book (instructions provided on the back of the iPad).
End of Shift
I generally arrive home by 6:45pm, often earlier.
Important: If I arrive home before 6:45pm, you will still be paid for the full scheduled hour.
About My Son
My son is an independent, bright, and capable 8-year-old who responds well to calm reminders and consistent routines. I'm looking for someone patient, reliable, and comfortable encouraging good habits around hygiene, homework, and mealtimes.
Applicant Requirements
Current driver's licence.
Reliable vehicle.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

**Nanny Wanted – 2 & 6 Year Old (School Holidays Only for 6 Year Old)**

My husband and I are looking for a caring and reliable nanny to look after our 2-year-old on a regular basis, with additional care for our 6-year-old during school holidays.

**Schedule:**
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

**Responsibilities for the 2-year-old:**
- Feeding, changing, and putting down for a nap
- Taking him to his playgroup on Wednesdays (located nearby)
- Coming up with age-appropriate activities and ideas to keep him engaged and happy
- Supporting his development through play and daily routines

**Light household tasks (if time permits):**
- Folding clothes and other small tasks around the house

**General:**
- A playroom full of toys is available
- The nanny's primary responsibility is to keep our 2-year-old happy, entertained, and supported in his development
