Babysitting and Nanny Jobs in Point Lookout QLD

I am looking for a nanny/babysitter who can care for my 9 month old daughter at our home. I will be home also most of the time (working from home).
I am looking for someone ideally long term! Days/times are relatively flexible and hours may increase as the year progresses.

We’re a family of four looking for a reliable and friendly babysitter or nanny to help with after-school pick-ups three afternoons a week.

When: Monday to Wednesday, 3:00–4:00pm
Duties: Pick up our Prep-aged son from Guardian Angels Primary School, drive him home to Wynnum West (near the golf course) and supervise play until we’re home at 4:00pm.

He’s a happy, social and active child who loves reading and play, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on and engaged. Our home has a pool and no pets. My husband may occasionally be working from home (when he's in town) but won’t be involved in care during this time.

We’d also love someone who may be available for occasional babysitting for both of our children, as we don’t have family in the area. This would always be planned in advance.

Pay: Competitive, award-appropriate rates based on experience. Happy to negotiate the rate for the right candidate. Happy to pay via cash or direct deposit.

Due to a shoulder injury, I am in need of help to look after my children and do basic house chores (hang out washing, fold washing, wash dishes etc).
My children are:
- 8 month old girl
- 4 year old girl
- 6 year old boy
I will continue to do as much as I can, but unfortunately am limited to what I can do.
Once recovery is done I would still appreciate the help in running every day life.
The hours which I am hoping to receive help are 8:30 - 2:30. I am open to changes and different options.

Needing school pick ups at 3pm from East Brisbane and driving to tennis/swimming/tutoring lessons. 12yr old and 7yr old boys. Either to 6 or 7pm. Bringing them back home after lessons to Rochedale South. They will need an afternoon snack. Nil housework required.

Our family is looking for a friendly and warm person to look after Annabelle (13) and Alastair (10) after school and in to the evening 4-5 days per week. We are flexible about days however Thursday afternoon/evening is important for us. The children are at two different schools and the role would include pick ups and dropping them to some of their after-school activities like swimming and music lessons. The job would include school pick up, supervising homework and reading, preparing dinner and light housework (unpack school bags, clean up kitchen).
