Hi,

We are a family of four transitioning from having au pairs for the last three years to having a regular nanny/babysitter.

The role would be meeting our daughter (7 years) at our home on a Monday and/or Friday afternoon, and driving her to Nerang for gymnastics. The hours needed are from 3 - 5/6pm. You would need to have your own car, but we will provide a booster seat and a flat rate for petrol on top of the hourly rate.

Our daughter gets home independently, is cooperative and eager to impress. It would be an easy afternoon job, as it would only require ensure snacks are packed, driving (playing carpool karaoke) and watching/encouraging her training until we can arrive to hand over.

Role Overview
This role is a shared nannying position working alongside an existing full-time family nanny, requiring close collaboration and communication.
We are seeking a highly capable and nurturing Family Manager / Personal Assistant / Senior Nanny to support our family and household in both a hands-on and leadership capacity. This is a dynamic role that requires a unique blend of childcare expertise, household coordination, and personal assistance. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining the structure and flow of the home, providing high-quality care to our children—particularly the busy toddler twins—and ensuring all daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Childcare (Primary focus: Toddler twins and 5 year old)
• Provide attentive, responsive care to our twin girls, ensuring their emotional, physical, and developmental needs are met
• Support routines including fun & stimulating daily activities, napping, changing, and settling
• Assist with the care and routines of 5-year-old and part-time children when needed
• Facilitate outdoor play, age-appropriate activities, and calm, enriching environments
• Support family travel planning and provide care before, during, and after trips
• Household & Family Management
• Coordinate daily household operations, including calendar management, scheduling, errands, and task delegation
• Oversee properties maintenance needs, liaising with trades, service providers, and vendors
• Manage household inventory and supplies, handle restocking and general tidiness
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and serviced
