Babysitting and Nanny Jobs in Jeebropilly QLD

We have a 3 month old and looking for a babysitter for a 1 day a week, 3-6 hours at a time increasing to likely 3 days a week as I transition back to work. It would usually be during the day and we live in Springfield Lakes. We have 2 border collies who are super friendly and we live next door to my sister and mum so there is additional support if needed as well. You don't need to do anything for the dogs but they have always been a part of our family and sometimes think they are people.

We are a family based in Kenmore looking for a kind and responsible carer for our three children (2 girls, ages 3 and 6, and one boy, aged 18 months).

The hours would be from 6am - 9am Monday - Thursday and would involve: making the children breakfast, getting them ready for school and childcare, packing bags, loading the dishwasher and dropping the children off to school/kindy/childcare within Kenmore.

On Mondays and Tuesdays when the weather is nice, it’s pleasant to walk the children to school and childcare (2 drop offs). On Wednesdays and Thursdays you will need to drive locally to drop them off at 3 different locations. We will provide car seats.

Punctuality is important in this role, as I will need to leave for work on time, so might best suit someone who lives close by. Reliability is also important, and the right person would need to be able to work the days and hours listed above consistently.

Hi! Our professional family of four is seeking a permanent 36+ hours (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday ) starting the Term 2 part-time then full time end of July 2024. We are flexible to discuss what this looks like to fit in with what you are looking for.

Responsibilities:
- School drop off and pick up (mush have a clean drivers' license and own car); driving to after school activities
- Evening dinner/bath
- Laundry - washing, folding
- Cooking dinners, packing lunches
- Daily basic tidying (we already have a weekly professional cleaner)
Requirements
- Experienced in previous role working within private household preferable
- Police check, blue card and excellent references necessary
- At least 12 months childcare industry experience preferable or certificate 3 in early childhood education
- Vaccinated
- Current First Aid and CPR
Our current nanny is starting her own family (pregnant and will leave in July) - we would like a crossover period into August. She is happy to discuss more details about the role if you are curious.

We have just recently relocated to Kenmore Hills and we are looking for some fun and cheerful support for our two little girls.
This will be a regular ongoing role for approx 4 hours a day to the right person who gels well with our 1 and 2.5 year olds.
