Job Details: Part-time
Looking for a responsible, caring and fun-loving nanny to do school pickups 3 afternoons per week during the school terms for our 11yr old son and 9yr old daughter. Transport to afternoon activities also required on one day. Short distance travel only (between Taringa and Indooroopilly). Additional duties include food preparation, washing up lunchboxes and occasional tidying of kids’ activities. Own car and licence essential. Blue card and first aid qualifications desirable. Potential for occasional weekend and evening babysitting if interested also.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, upbeat and is confident around children to help our family this year and (hopefully) in the years to come. We have three boys; twins in prep and grade 2 boy.
This year we need someone who is happy to collect our children after school two afternoons a week
(Mondays and Wednesdays between 3pm and 6pm) and have the capacity to pick up some additional babysitting as the need arises (i.e. likely the occasional 3pm to 6pm Friday's and odd weekend babysitting.
They go to school in Toowong and we live in Indooroopilly. You would need to be comfortable picking them up, taking them to activities, taking them home, helping with homework, making dinner and doing some housekeeping (laundry and general tidy-up before dinner etc).
The boys are energetic and love spending time outdoors but also are keen on board/card games.
If you are interested, please reach out and let us know a bit about yourself and your experience.
Hi there, we are looking for a part time babysitter /nanny two days a week on an ongoing basis and possibly a regular shift on the weekend too. Mainly to support meal times, bath time, homework/activities as needed and being an extra pair of hands for us in those hectic evenings.
We definitely need Mondays afternoon e.g from 2.30-6.30pm) and one other day ideally Thursday evening (e,g 4.30-7.30) but can be flexible on the second day. We can work with you to come up with the best schedule.
A bit about us: we are a busy family with three girls with two kids at primary school. 2021 was a year of stress and change for our family as I was diagnosed with breast cancer but after chemo and surgery I can thankfully say that I’m cancer free. The girls have shown amazing resilience in the past 6 months as we have dealt with our new normal. We have a bit of a road ahead with some ongoing treatment and are looking for some home support as my husband transitions back to full time work (I work part time and am self employed but I am on leave for the next few months as I finish treatment). Look forward to welcoming you to our home!

Hi, we are a busy family with 3 children. We require before and after school care 3 days/week. Our children are aged 13, 12 and 10. Mostly this job will entail dropping off and picking up our 10yo daughter from school and supervising her until we get home from work. Some basic meal prep will be required and supervision of homework. The older children are mostly independent. There are also some after school activities to take the children to. Hours required are 0645-0845am and 3-6pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
We are looking for a nanny who is capable of doing school pick up, homework, taking kids to sport, cooking dinner and cleaning up after the kids in the afternoon. Boys are really good kids and old enough to be relatively easy just really need assistance with homework and generally taking care of them after school. Our family of five has recently moved to Brisbane for a new job opportunity and we are looking for a nanny to care part-time for our three children (3 years, 6 years and 14 years).
A little bit about our family so you can decide if we are a fit for you.
- we love being creative; anything from crafting, painting, cooking to cubby making. We have a large crafting area outdoors but love finding our own materials from the environment too
- being active is integral to our daily life; we have a great backyard with cubby house, play gym and Hawthorne park 100m away; we can all ride a bike, scooter and have an assortment of sports equipment at home
- we have limited screen time and as a result love playing board games, drawing and self directed play
- both parents are veterinarians and our family loves our two furred family members
We have been so lucky to have had two wonderful part time nannies the last 5 years who are happy to speak to any potential applicants and provide the family with a referee. They were both extremely nurturing, honest and became part of our family.

Tuesday: 7:45am - 9:30am; 2:30pm - 6:00pm + 2 hours as above
Wednesday: 7:45am - 9:30am; 2:30pm - 6:00pm + 2 hours as above

We're looking for some help in the afternoons each weekday (i.e. 3-7pm) for around 15-20h/week.
You'd be helping with our boys (5 & 6), meals (afternoon snack & dinner prep) and general help. We have our two boys, as well as a 15 yr old daughter (just starting year 10) and my wife is pregnant.. with twins (so you can guess why we need some help :D).
This would be something ongoing (6m+) and while we don't need school pickups just yet, that may change in the future, so own car would be ideal.
If you'd like some further details, please reach out.
