Babysitting and Nanny Jobs in Wattle Ridge NSW

We are looking for a long-term ( part time) Mother’s Helper to support our growing family from June/July 2026 onwards. Expecting our 3rd baby in August.

This is not a traditional nanny position. Mum will be home most of the time, and we’re looking for someone who can work alongside her to help care for the children and keep family life running smoothly. Childcare experience is NOT essential, this role would also suit an experienced mum with older children.

* Three children (newborn arriving August, 4-year-old and 1-year-old)
* mum is full time carer for the children / works from home
* Children are not in daycare
* Our eldest is homeschooled
* We love outdoor play, hands-on learning and a nurturing home environment. We have loads of space for the boys to be boys 🔨

📆Days Required

* Tuesday (essential)
* Wednesday (essential)
* One additional flexible day
Ideal hours are 11am - 7pm ( flexible for the right candidate)

* Engaging and playing with young children
* Supporting homeschooling and learning activities
* Setting up invitations to play and age-appropriate activities
* Outdoor play and adventures
* Preparing meals and snacks for the children
* Tidying children’s areas and cleaning up after activities
* Toy room organisation and toy rotations
* General support to help family routines run smoothly
* light house work, folding laundry, tidying kitchen, vacuum kids room etc

Occasionally, you may care for one or two children independently while mum attends appointments or activities, but this is not the primary focus of the role.

Rate is from $30-$45 per hour depending on experience.

We are a friendly family of four based in Oran Park looking for a caring, reliable and proactive nanny/mother’s helper to join our family. We have two beautiful boys aged 5 years and 1 year.

The role includes helping our older son get ready for school each morning, including his school drop-off, while also assisting with our 1-year-old’s morning routine, breakfast, playtime and general care. During the day, your focus will be caring for our 1-year-old through engaging play, preparing and serving meals and snacks, supporting his routine, and cleaning up after the children, including toys and meal areas.

We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, energetic and experienced with young children. Reliability, punctuality and a genuine love for working with children are important to us.
