We would need someone to help care for our 2-year old daughter. Tasks include playing with her and assisting with bath/feeding. We are a close, fun- loving family of 3 - Felicity (mum), Jake (dad) and Maeve (3 years). Originally from Perth, we don't have any family support in Sydney and are looking for some help caring for Maeve during the week whilst we work.
We are super sad that our current wonderful nanny has left us to (excitingly for her!) take on a full time teaching role and we are on the lookout for someone to take over caring for Maeve on Mon - Weds (approx 8.00 am - 12.30 pm) each week.

The role is likely best suited to someone who already has work / study on the other days and is looking to supplement this with some extra fixed hours during the week. We understand things can pop up, but we’d really like for someone to be able to commit to staying with us for a minimum of 6 months so Maeve has some continuity.
Maeve is a very friendly, energetic and loving little girl - she is our entire world! We are looking for a nanny who genuinely loves children, has just as much energy as Maeve, is kind, patient, and will ensure her safety is paramount. Maeve loves going to the playground and park, dancing, gymnastics, exploring, and climbing. She is a little chatterbox and, if she sits still for long enough, also enjoys a book, drawing and playing with her toys. She has loved her previous Nannies and really looks forward to spending time with them (expect big cuddles when you arrive each day!).
We want you to be fully engaged with Maeve, so there will be no extra duties (housework etc) required in this role.
We'd love to build a long term relationship with someone who will be part of our little family and an extension of us as parents.

Our son is a funny, highly intelligent and warm hearted teenager who experiences daily challenges due to his ASD and ADHD diagnosis. He is highly verbal and often enjoys in depth conversations. He can at times become highly anxious and require support to manage his concerns. He has no physical disabilities. Essentially, our son requires help with daily organisation, meal preparation and outdoor activities. He attends school via correspondence and requires significant support in managing his daily tasks and overall school workload including assessments. He needs assistance and supervision when logging on for exams.
Our son is a fussy eater who is working towards independence when making meals, therefore meal preparation is required as well as teaching our son how to cook his own food. Daily exercise is critical, however he often resists this and so a supportive approach is best here.
Light household cleaning will be required such as cleaning dishes from the day, putting out a load of washing and ensuring our son's room is tidy. At the end of the day, the living area of the home needs to be left tidy.
