Babysitting and Nanny Jobs in Greater Tweed Heads, NSW

Hello,

I'm looking for a friendly, caring person to look after my two sons who are 4 and 6 years old.

Hours needed:
Either Tuesday or Thursday mornings from 8am-12.30/1pm (looking after my 4 year old)
Either Saturday or Sunday mornings 9am-1pm (looking after both boys)
Occasional evening babysitting (saturday or thurs evenings)


About us:
I am a solo parent to my two little boys. The boys are friendly and funny and full of energy and love to play at home and also enjoy getting out to the playground (I have car seats you can put in your car).

My 6 year old is at school during the week. My 4 year old has been diagnosed with autism with a profile of PDA. He is very clever, chatty and funny, but has trouble with transitions between activities and can feel overwhelmed. We are continuing to work on strategies to support him (including regular OT support), and I'd love a babysitter who is kind and patient, with an awareness of neurodivergence. He loves people who are extra warm and friendly and make an effort to play and engage with him.

Your role:
playing with the boys (or just my 4 yr old)
making simple snacks, although I'll often prepare things/have things ready.
bedtime routine if babysitting during the evening
if you have a moment while the boys are occupied- unloading the dishwasher or picking up toys

We still have our two lovely babysitters that we've had for a few years now, however they are both leaving soon to pursue work and travel, so I'm trying to find a lovely person to replace them.

We are located in Tweed Heads South.
