Babysitting and Nanny Jobs in Clareville NSW

We are looking for someone who can regularly do school pick up from 2.30pm for our 6 year old son and 4.30pm for our 2 year old from daycare, working until 6.30pm-7pm approximately. We live in Rose bay and they also attend school and daycare in Rose Bay. Driving not required. Homework supervision and simple dinner prep required.

We are looking for a responsible, caring and trustworthy nanny to provide some casual babysitting for my son who is 6 years old. This is on most mornings. Plus Monday Friday evening.

The mornings generally start at 7am, involve getting them ready for school, packing their lunch, and then bringing them to school. We would like someone with a car, license and an a confident driver. School is a very short 3 min drive away. We will pay for the 90min of work even though it will take much less time.

Evening hours generally start from about 3pm to 5pm, which involves picking them up from school and taking them home or any after school activities.

Job Description:
We are seeking a warm, responsible, and experienced nanny to care for our child/children in a nurturing and safe home environment. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and passionate about working with children, ensuring their daily routines, development, and wellbeing are supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and engaging care for child/children

Plan and supervise age-appropriate activities

Prepare meals and snacks

Assist with light housekeeping related to the child (e.g. tidying play areas, children’s laundry)

Maintain consistent routines including naps, meals, and play

Ensure safety and wellbeing at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

Non-smoker

Hours: 6 hours - 8 hours a day 5 days a week. We are flexible Part time or Full Time.
Location: Greenacre/Strathfield.
Start Date: 1 August 2025

Assist with maintaining the family home to a high standard (general tidying, making beds, vacuuming, washing ad hoc spring cleaning etc.). Assist with caring for 3 children including pick up and drop off to school and after school activities.

Assist in meal preparation including food planning, packing children's lunches, grocery shopping & assist with preparing of meals. Running errands as required (dry cleaning etc.).

Would be required 3 days a week but I am flexible with days. Potential to do 5 days once we move into our bigger house.
