Hi! I’m Zoe Denahy, I’m 24 years old, and I’ve always loved working with kids. I grew up in Ballarat and moved to Melbourne in 2021 for uni, where I completed my Bachelor of Psychological Science with distinctions. I will be continuing studying this year by starting a Master of Teaching so I can become a primary school teacher. I have babysat weekly for a family with a 2 year old and another family with a 9 year old, which has given me great experience with different ages and personalities. In my current role as a Learning Support Officer, I work with students of all ages and abilities. This has really helped me learn how to recognise what each child needs and how to support them in a way that works best for them. I love creating a safe, comfortable environment where kids feel happy, supported, and confident whether that’s in the classroom or out in the yard.
