I have a real love for kids and creating an environment where they can be confident to explore and learn who they are whilst having fun in the process! I previously worked as a full time nanny for 5 years with the opportunity to care for several families of children aged from 4 weeks - 14 years old. I was also a dance teacher to children aged 18months - 8 years old teaching kinder ballet. I have recently returned after 9 months solo travelling, during my travel I spent 6 weeks volunteering in Kenya and Uganda teaching English at a primary school. I have full time available for the next 6 weeks and open to any work that might be needed.

Hi, I love children and I have 13 years of experience in childminding and assisting in school homework from babies, twin to teenage which gained me lots of invaluable experience in the needs of children and the importance of patience, friendship and respect through every stage of childhood development. With all the relevant qualification inclusive of the experience in primary school and early learning centre, it helps in building a motivate and safe environment for children along with their growth. Childminding responsibilities inclusive of nappy changing, feeding, preparation of baby food if agreed with parents. We (children and I) sing, dance, read and play interactive games which help them learn the sounds and meanings of words, build their motor skills while allowing them to practice self-expression. At the same time strengthen their memory skills through interactive games. Notwithstanding, assisting school homework, playing at park and library storytime is essentially important too when age-appropriate. If you think I am the right one for your child/ children, looking forward to meeting and work with you :) Happy to further assist if you have twin or after school care services. Thank you

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Dear Families! Hello, my name is Svenja, and I’m a 23-year-old early childhood education student. I am originally from Germany but am lucky enough to call Australia home for the past five years. After several years in Melbourne, I am currently enjoying the beauty of Port Macquarie as a little winter escape, but will soon be heading back to Melbourne (on the 26th of August). Therefore, I’m on the lookout for a wonderful family to nanny for. My journey in childcare started in high school with babysitting and has since expanded to include roles as an Au Pair, Nanny, and most recently, an Educator. Alongside my practical experience, I’m completing my Bachelor’s in Education, which has enriched my understanding of child development. When I’m not caring for children, I love running, reading, the beach, baking, and spending time outdoors with friends. I’d describe myself as an active person with a calm personality. Ideally, I’m looking for a position starting in early September, but am slightly flexible with that. While I’ll be focusing on my thesis (until October), I prefer to work around 3 days a week, but am flexible with days and times! I am happy to answer any questions you may have and would love the opportunity to get to know you better. Please feel free to reach out, and we can arrange a call or meeting when I’m in Melbourne. Warmest regards, Svenja
