Hello there! A little about me. I’m a compassionate, friendly, caring, responsible and patient person with a high spirit and a passion for life. Optimistic at all times and always determined and confident to do well. Helping children grow in a healthy, happy and safe environment is very significant, and just comes naturally to me. Educate right from wrong, along with great manners is also very important, and therefore much encouraged. I have worked for many families here in Australia, and overseas. I've also raised my own four children, (one set of twins) who are now wonderful young adults - educated, intelligent and well respected individuals., but of course I’m biased! During my many years of experience, working for over a dozen families, I have also cared for children who were unfortunately hard of hearing, autistic and leukaemia. I do light housekeeping, including cooking and baking ( which I so enjoy) but if time permits. Happy to assist and support with the family’s needs, I’m happy with all ages.....they are all so lovely and unique in there own way, and yet wonderfully challenging:) My previous occupations (other than nanny) - Laboratory assistant, Fitness Instructor, Hospitality, Caterer, Receptionist, Retail Manager, Administration Officer and Intergration Aide. Although I am 55 years of age, I am full of energy, fit and healthy ( enjoy a healthy lifestyle ) and so, my outlook in life is - young! I have exceptional references from previous and present employers who will verify my experience and work ethic as a nanny/educator, and answer any of your questions. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any queries or would like to chat about your needs. Looking forward to hearing from you. Many Thanks. Maria 😊

Hello! My name is Sophie and I am 27 years old. I have currently deferred from my degree studying a Bachelor of Primary Education in search of a more hands on experience in childcare and play based learning. I have completed a cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care and have used this to work in kindergarten. I hope to return to my degree in a few years, after a bit of time experiencing the world and seeing where new opportunities take me. I absolutely love cooking and am a big foodie. I also love art (painting, ceramics, crafts etc), reading, music and the outdoors. I definitely fare better in a relaxed environment and am an easy going person. I would prefer to work with families with a similar approach to parenting, who don't sweat the small stuff! I dislike anything super regimented. I have plenty of nannying experience and have a current WWCC, police check and first aid cert. I have a driver's licence and my own car.If you would like to get in touch, please message me on here and I can give you my phone number. Thank you for reading my profile!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there families! I'm a qualified primary school teacher and am planning to study kindergarten teaching this year. I have almost 30 years of experience and have worked with nanny agencies including Placement Solutions and Rogan Family Care, and have also found great jobs through this site! I'm highly-experienced with all ages from newborn (straight from the hospital) right through to grade 6. I've also travelled with families as a nanny, from local holidays to the Mornington Peninsula to Queensland and even twice to Canada. I'm currently available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays as the family I was working with have moved to QLD. In terms of activities I usually let the children's interests guide me, but I'm fit and active and enjoy getting out to the playground or the backyard for some fresh air and exercise and also setting up age-appropriate indoor activities like craft, Duplo/Lego, and of course doing lots of reading. I am calm, confident, and safety-conscious. Please get in touch with any questions you have.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting,Au Pair

Hello! My name is Alexandra and I have been in in the hospitality and retail sectors now since I graduated school back in 2019, at the moment I really just feel like a change of pace now that I'm starting university. Throughout my life I have always loved looking after children. I look after my nephews whenever I can, and always am eager to lend a hand whenever a friend is in need of babysitting and a night out. I'm a very creative person and love to craft, I especially love to help foster and nurture those skills in kids, it makes me especially happy seeing their faces light up when they're passionate about something. I love being outdoors and exploring nature, and do all that I can to learn as much as I can about the environment we live on (and shall be continuing to in my studies this year in geology, biology and mycology). I love foraging and finding uses for everyday vegetation that we often over-look. Of course with this activity I do practice immense caution when endeavouring on it with little-ones. I love to cook, and grew up around a very gourmet household where my mother was always cooking up storms, and filling the house with delicious smells. Luckily, she passed this passion for the culinary arts onto me at a very young age, so I am always eager to whip-up something delicious and nutritious, and love to make sure that the kitchen and house are always tidy and stress-free. I have a WWCC, and am getting my certification in first aid. I am fully vaccinated, and my schedule is incredibly flexible

Hi, my name is Téa (pronounced Tay-a). I am currently studying my bachelor of arts part time at the University of Melbourne. One of my hobbies is playing chess, and I have fortunately been able to make a profit from it by tutoring primary school students. I have worked with classes of 3 to 20 students and gained experience with children who have learning difficulties. Because of this work, I also have an employee wwcc and am happy to show you. I love to cook and am happy to teach your kids if you like, otherwise this skill could be used to help support your family as well as cleaning your house and help with homework. I have my license and can take kids to and from school/sport or any other activities. If I got your permission, I would love to take them to the zoo, park, bowling, or etc to keep them entertained and happy. I completely understand if you would prefer to meet me before agreeing to any work and am happy to do so. Can’t wait to hear from you.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi! My name is Eloise and I am a student moving from the ACT to Melbourne. I am an experienced babysitter/nanny looking for regular work 1-3 days a week. I am an elder sister who has devoted much of my out-of school ours to child care, with a sister ten years my junior whom I help raise. I am confident with kids of all ages, and have no problem bottle feeding, nappy changing, cleaning up after little ones etc. I love art and reading, so will definitely share and get your kids involved in creative activities (if they're willing of course)! I love animals, and am super comfortable around pets and larger families. I can comfortably put kids to bed and I have had experience with a couple tricky sleepers, so have a few tactics (special stories mainly) that I've found pretty handy in the past! I'm also a tutor, so can aid elder children and young teens with homework and study preparations etc. I also love to work and with infants and toddlers and have no problem getting creative and hands-on. I can cook and clean, and have a range of vegetarian recipes up my sleeve (and I can make a mean home-made secret-recipe pizza that is a fan favourite with the kids). I will be travelling mostly by public transport, so am more suited to home-based work that does not require me to use a car often for drop offs/pick ups etc. I do not currently have a Victorian WWCC - coming from interstate - however would be very happy to obtain one asap! I am also planning to undergo a first aid training course, however I do already have light general knowledge of child first aid (infant heimlich, burns etc; my parents are both medical doctors so raised us in a first-aid conscious household). Most of all I hope to find a fun-loving family whose daily routines I can settle in with. I look forward to hearing from you, and please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions! Eloise x
