Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, my name is Téa. I am currently in my second year of uni, studying my bachelor of arts at the University of Melbourne. I am available to work every day of the week (excluding Wednesday’s) because my work is operated throughout school lunchtimes and I have uni on Wednesday/Thursday mornings. One of my hobbies is playing chess, and I have fortunately been able to make a profit from it by tutoring primary and secondary school students. I have worked with classes of 3 to 20+ students at a time, and gained experience with children who have learning difficulties and behavioural disorders. Because of this work, I also have an employee wwcc and first aid certificate in an education and care setting. Upon request I am happy to show you. I love to cook and am happy to teach your kids if you like, otherwise this skill could be used to help support your family as well as some light cleaning of your house and helping with some basic homework. I have my license and can take kids to and from school/sport or any other activities. If I had your permission, I would love to take them to the zoo, park, bowling, etc to keep them entertained and happy. I completely understand if you would prefer to meet me before agreeing to any work and am happy to do so. Can’t wait to hear from you :)

Hi there families! MONDAY AVAILABILITY I’m a qualified primary school teacher and have almost 30 years of experience working with children, including Placement Solutions and Rogan Family Care nanny agencies. I have also found great jobs through this site! I'm highly-experienced with all ages from newborn (straight from the hospital) right through to grade 6. I've also travelled with families as a nanny, from local holidays to the Mornington Peninsula to Queensland and even twice to Canada. I'm currently available on Mondays as the family I was working with have moved to QLD. In terms of activities I usually let the children's interests guide me, but I'm fit and active and enjoy getting out to the playground or the backyard for some fresh air and exercise and also setting up age-appropriate indoor activities like craft, Duplo/Lego, and of course doing lots of reading. I am calm, confident, and safety-conscious. Please get in touch with any questions you have.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there, My name is Mireaux, but everyone calls me Moo. I am a recent graduate of The University of Melbourne, and I could be your next manny (male nanny). My experience in childcare is not only extensive but also diverse. From caring for child actors professionally as an AD on film sets, to casual babysitting work I did throughout university, as well as plenty of experience caring for the many young children in my own family, including newborns. I speak multiple languages; possess many valuable domestic and childcare-centric skills including cooking, cleaning, sewing, music, and art; and have qualifications in food safety, and first aid (I am in the process of renewing my WWCC but have been delayed due to financial constraints). I am hardworking, punctual, reliable, and incredibly personable. My priority is always the safety and wellbeing of children under my care and I strive to create safe, positive environments for children to learn and thrive. While I understand that childcare is often viewed as a predominantly feminine vocation, and many parents or care-givers would be hesitant to the idea of a "male nanny", I believe that anyone, regardless of gender, is capable of caring for a child as long as they are knowledgeable, competent, and passionate - which I am. I believe in dismantling the idea that childcare is "a woman's job" and think that a manny could be a great option for families of boys, LGBTQIA+ families, or anyone looking for a more progressive alternative to the "traditional" nanny.

Hi! My name is Noora :) I finished my Bachelors degree in Psychology at unimelb and I am currently doing Early Childhood Education at Swinburne Uni. Besides, I am currently working in two childcare centres. It's been an awesome journey so far, getting to blend what I know about the mind with how children learn and play. I'm a big fan of letting children learn through play—it's amazing what they pick up when they're just having fun! My approach is all about creating a warm, creative space where kids can be themselves, explore, and grow. Most importantly, I want to make sure they feel heard, safe, comfortable and valued. Whether it's building forts, storytime, or outdoor adventures, I'm all in. Can't wait to meet every one and bring some extra joy and curiosity into their days!
