I’m a fun and energetic 22-year-old student who graduated from Peninsula Grammar and I am now attending Monash University in Caulfield. I live in Mornington but am more than happy to travel if needed. I have previously babysat for a family in Toorak for over two years, looking after children aged 5 and 11. I’ve also previously worked as a live in nanny for 2 consecutive months, looking after my cousins aged 10 and 15 whilst their parents were travelling. I currently work as a waitress at a restaurant in Mornington. However, I am looking to take on a few babysitting jobs to make some extra money. Additionally, I am on campus at uni around two days per week, so I have flexible availability and am around the Caulfield area often. I am happy to help on weekdays and weekends either morning or night.

Hi there 😊 Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I genuinely love spending time with children, and I've worked with all ages. From newborns to teenagers. I've had a lot of experience with babies and toddlers so I'm very comfortable and confident with feeding, bathing, changing, and bedtime routines. I also have experience with twins and with using responsive settling to help resolve sleeping issues, so if you're struggling at night or need an extra hand in those early stages, please reach out. My style is warm hearted, kind, patient, nurturing and loving. I practice meditation and mindfulness which flows through to my work and allows me to maintain peace and calm when faced with challenges. I am encouraging and enthusiastic with children, which allows them to blossom and shine in their own unique ways. I love being outdoors and an average day with me usually includes a walk to the local park, nature reserve, cafe, or at the very least a run around the backyard. I also enjoy outings to the Collingwood Children's Farm, Scienceworks, the Museum, the local Library and many more adventures when time permits. I've worked as an au pair in France, a volunteer teacher in Nepal, and a nanny and babysitter in Melbourne. I am a very experienced ex nurse and child carer/nanny. I am mature, no ties and have certificates and references. I have taken care of 2 girls on a regular basis for 9 years. I have previously cared part time for a 11 year old girl for seven years and a five year old boy in my home for 18 months. Ive also cared for a 9 yr old girl on the spectrum once a fortnight and a 13 yr old boy also on the spectrum once a week. I have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren.
