I am a student of Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care in Melbourne. In my country, I studied Psychology for three years, which helped me understand more about children and their development. Every Sunday I volunteer at Planetshakers Church, where I look after children and enjoy spending time with them. I love caring for kids, creating a safe and fun environment, and supporting them to learn and grow.

I studied my degree in Early Childhood Education and my master in Special and inclusive education, which enhance my understanding of children with different interests and needs. I also have great communication with parents and colleagues (when I work in childcare) to ensure children are safe and play happily. I can speak English, Cantonese and Chinese. Please send me a message if you think I am the suitable one! Thank you!

Hi there! I’m a warm, friendly, and caring nanny based in the Northern Suburbs, with over 7 years of experience caring for children from newborns through to school-aged. I’ve worked with a range of families over the years, from full-time nanny roles to casual babysitting, and I truly love what I do. I’ve supported families with everything from settling newborns into routines, planning engaging activities for curious toddlers, to helping with homework and after-school wind-downs. I'm confident managing multiple children, navigating big emotions, and adapting to each family's unique dynamic and needs. In addition to caring for the children, I'm always happy to lend a hand around the house. Whether that means prepping meals, tidying the house, or helping parents catch up on laundry, my goal is to help ease the load. I'm reliable, have flexible availability, and consider myself easy going. I value open communication and enjoy building long-term relationships with the families I work with. If you think I might be a good fit for your family, I’d love to chat! Looking forward to hearing from you, Lily

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, I’m Artemis, a responsible and enthusiastic university student currently studying Law and Commerce at Monash University. While I don’t have formal babysitting experience, I bring a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and care, developed through my leadership roles in high school and my work in hospitality. I’ve previously cared for and played with my younger cousin when he was between 2 and 4 years old, which gave me a taste of supporting and engaging with young children in a fun and nurturing way. As a former House Captain and Class Representative, I’ve worked closely with students of all ages and know how to communicate positively and respectfully. I’ve also completed safety training and always approach tasks with integrity, fairness, and a genuine willingness to help. I’m active, reliable, and happy to help with homework, supervise play, and assist with daily routines. I understand the importance of trust and clear communication when caring for children, and I’m eager to build that trust with your family. Current Availability: I am available Mondays, Tuesdays, Friday mornings and weekends! Hourly Rate: As I’m new to babysitting, I’m happy to negotiate a fair and reasonable rate based on your needs. Police Check: I’m happy to obtain a police check if required. Comfort with Age Groups: I feel most confident working with school-aged children and toddlers, but I’m open to learning and gaining experience with younger children too. If you're open to guiding me, I’m more than willing to adapt and grow in the role.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there Mums & Dads.... I am your Mary Poppins!! I currently look after a few families however my calendar has opened for a new family in 2025. I commit to long hour and long term commitment for the year with all of my families. It's important. Currently I cover ages 8 months, 12 months, 2.5 years, 4.5 years and 9 & 11 years olds. I understand the variety of changing developments in children and adapt to these needs. I love children and have looked after them across many stages of my entire life, as a local babysitter since I was 14 years old and up until now as a professional nanny for parents who are doctors, solicitors, engineers, school teachers, marketing specialist and even a CEO. Having a person of a mature age can provide some enormous benefits to both parents and children. I know life well and in very deeply different ways. I have an extensive understanding of the impact a moment or day in time can have on a child. Being there to pick up on these signals is very important. Recognising and sensing these subtle shifts need an awareness that comes with human development, of which I have covered extensively. Keeping a child calm and happy is important and to have skills that remove the stress and anxiety is about the energy from the nanny/babysitter. To become relaxed and connected/engaged with a mature age carer can offer great comfort to any child. The love will always be there. I follow routines and set boundaries, (initiated from the parents) for all children because it creates security and trust with them. I participate in both home and outdoor activities and excursions. I can drive my own car (petrol charges incur) or use any parents' cars. I cover household cleaning (light house work: all things kids mess, upkeep where possible in the laundry area, keep kitchen clean) to take the burden away from parents so they can come home to a cleaner environment than perhaps they left it. This is always discussed in detail for any family because I am not a 'house cleaner' I am a Nanny. I am extremely reliable and punctual to enable all parents to relax knowing I will always be there for them. I look forward to hearing from you. Nanny Clare

Hello families! I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and have been working in the early learning sector for two and a half years, and it's a job I absolutely love. I've had experience working with children from 3 months to 12 years old, with most of my time spent supporting infants and toddlers aged 0–2 years. I’m passionate about creating a nurturing and safe environment where children feel supported to learn and play. I always prioritise child-led play and value each child's voice in their learning journey. Currently, I'm in my second year of a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) as I work toward my dream of becoming a child psychologist. Alongside my studies, I work part-time at an early childhood centre and also nanny and babysit.
