I am an experienced and caring early childhood educator with a Vietnamese background, currently working in a Montessori service. With more than 4 years of experience in early childhood education and care, I have developed strong skills in supporting children’s growth, learning, and wellbeing in both structured and play-based environments.
My approach is warm, patient, and child-focused. I understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel valued and supported. I have experience caring for children of various ages, from infants to school-aged, and I am confident in meeting their individual needs, routines, and developmental stages.
I hold current CPR and First Aid certificates, a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), and have completed training in child protection. I am familiar with Montessori principles, which guide my ability to encourage independence, creativity, and problem-solving in everyday activities.
Families can rely on me for responsible and attentive care, clear communication, and a professional yet friendly approach. I value building trusting relationships with both children and parents, ensuring peace of mind while providing high-quality care.
I am excited about the opportunity to bring my experience and passion for working with children to your family.
