Hello! My name is Ellen. I am 22 years old and have recently graduated from university having studied Psychology. I'm empathic, patient, fun and kind which are qualities needed to work well with children. I'm also adventurous, fun-loving and open to trying new things and getting fully involved in all activities. I enjoy interacting with and playing with children as well as watching them grow and develop into their individual personalities. I have a wealth of childcare experience, having worked as a babysitter/mothers help for the same family since I was 16, as well as being referred by this family to other families in my village. In my role as a babysitter/mothers help I was required to get the children up and ready for school in the mornings and for bed at night. I prepared breakfast and evening meals for the children and took them and collected them from school. Additionally I assisted the children with their homework, carried out light housework duties, such as tidying and cleaning and took the children to appointments or lessons. As well as my general babysitter/mothers help duties, I always ensured that I interacted fully with and played with the children as much as possible to ensure that I built a trusting relationship with them.
