Heyy my names Tom Lancaster! I’m from the UK, on a working holiday Visa and planning to stay indefinitely. Im a 23 year old male, who loves working with kids it’s my passion. I’ve been an activity instructor/group leader for just under 2 years now in the UK and Australia. Looking after up to 24 kids by myself and have enjoyed it so much! I love the way they look up to you and you literally see them gain so much confidence during the time I’m with them it’s amazing. A Jewish family with two kids ages boy aged 7 and girl aged 5 who had a background with domestic violence due to the mother abusing them and making them regress, for example making them wear diapers still. 2. A family with a 10 year old boy who has ADHD/Autism/PDA. This includes dealing with a lot of physical tantrums and panic attacks. 3. A Indian family with a 5 year old boy and 5 month year old baby.

I was caring for a beautiful boy from February 2019 until November 2021. I was working from 2 to 3 days a week and started when baby was 1 month old, up until he was 3 years old.. The lovely family wanted a live in carer, which I was not able to fulfill. From October 2015 to October 2019 I was caring for the most amazing soul. I started caring for him at ten months the old, until he started school at Newtown. From September 2013, I was taking care of a beautiful 2 month old boy, from Bondi. I ceased caring for him in October, 2015, when he was 26 months. (plus two indoor dogs).The beautiful toddler started full time day care, in early October 2015, so I no longer needed to care for him. From March 2000 to July 2013, I was taking care of a beautiful baby boy from four months old. I provided all care for him, including overnight stays, when parents had to travel overseas. I also travelled to America, assisting the wonderful mother care for her son.
