Hello! I'm Kaelyn (18 years old), a first-year student at The University of Sydney, studying a Bachelor of Education (Primary). I view myself as a caring, patient, reliable, understanding, supportive, determined person with a 24/7 bubbly personality. Having experience of being a current swim teacher (since 2021), I am truly passionate about working with children of all ages, as I am able to demonstrate strong empathy and effectively communicate with kids, and their parents. Along with this, I have learnt to master the skills of organisation, multitasking and time management, whilst also understanding the positive power of displaying a friendly, inviting attitude. I feel highly motivated to work and acquire experience in childcare, not only supervising and caring for children but also engaging and interacting with them.
