I offer in home support so you can REST, BOND with your new baby & RECOVER • Establishing breastfeeding /bottle feeding, • Guidance with infant sleep and settling •.Emotional support and birth debrief • Care for baby & (other children) whilst you rest, have a meal or grab a shower. • Practical hands on help to do light household tasks ( washing, dishwasher, change linen ) • Prepare a nourishing meal and snacks. • Boost confidence in your new role • Accompany you to appointments- assist with driving if your recovering from a caesarean. • I’m also available to provide flexible overnight support.
