Hi, I’m Gabby! With a background in teaching, gymnastics coaching, and a passion for supporting kids of all abilities, I bring energy, creativity, and adaptability to every childcare setting. I've recently completed my Cert III in Individual Support and hold Cert II in both Auslan and Early Childhood Education. I’ve completed placements in childcare centres, worked one-on-one and with groups, and supported neurodivergent kids. My approach is child-led, encouraging curiosity, communication, and independence through fun, engaging activities. My skills transfer easily between jobs—and I’m eager to keep learning! I am a current before/after and holiday care coordinator with over 8+ years working with kids. I am very passionate about creating happy and thriving environments for young children to grow and develop in. I am active and love to run around and play games with the kids at my work. I'm a child at heart and I love to be just as playful as the kids I work with. I have experience with children with Autism and ADHD as well as children with physical disabilities. I'm First Aid qualified and have experience in handling anaphylaxis including administering an epi pen which my work requires me to show competence in every 3 months. I also am able to tutor, clean, give lice treatment and provide engaging activities for your child/children when requested

About Me: Hi! I’m currently studying Nursing and have a strong interest in working with children — I even completed work experience at a childcare centre and loved it. I’m also a qualified lifesaver with advanced resuscitation, first aid training among other awards. I’ve played sport my whole life, including footy for six years, athletics for 13, swimming for nine, netball for one, and karate for 10 years. I’ve surfed my whole life and love being outdoors, travelling, and spending time at the beach with my dog, Barney. I’m responsible, easygoing, and genuinely enjoy caring for and spending time with kids.
