Hi all my names Ella Gillingham I’m 21 years old seeking casual/ part time work. I have my cert 3 in early childhood care and education. Ideally I would love to be babysitting/child minding possibly 2-3 days a week. Flexible hours and days. I have my drivers license as well as an employment working with children’s check. I have also completed and hold a certificate in first aid. I have a great passion with working with children and strive to provide them with education as well as a free play environment and connection to nature. I have experience at 2 childcare centres as well as some babysitting jobs. I am fun outgoing person and am excited to be a part of your child’s life.

I’m currently completing my second year of nursing for RN and have learnt basic safety skills through my course. I am experienced in babysitting as I started when I was 9 with my newborn sister at the time and have looked after other families children as well I love to clean and help out and will be willing to do so for your family!

I am an 18-year-old support worker, I have just completed Certificate III in Disability and Individual Support. I am passionate about person-centred care and creating safe, engaging environments where individuals feel valued, heard, and empowered. Having completed Year 11 and 12 placements in a childcare setting, I developed a strong foundation in child-led play, inclusive support, and fostering independence.
