Hi all my names Ella Gillingham I’m 21 years old seeking casual/ part time work. I have my cert 3 in early childhood care and education. Ideally I would love to be babysitting/child minding possibly 2-3 days a week. Flexible hours and days. I have my drivers license as well as an employment working with children’s check. I have also completed and hold a certificate in first aid. I have a great passion with working with children and strive to provide them with education as well as a free play environment and connection to nature. I have experience at 2 childcare centres as well as some babysitting jobs. I am fun outgoing person and am excited to be a part of your child’s life.

I am an 18-year-old support worker, I have just completed Certificate III in Disability and Individual Support. I am passionate about person-centred care and creating safe, engaging environments where individuals feel valued, heard, and empowered. Having completed Year 11 and 12 placements in a childcare setting, I developed a strong foundation in child-led play, inclusive support, and fostering independence. These experiences inspired me to continue her studies in disability and individual support, where I am building my skills in providing compassionate, individualised care. Living with ADHD, which I proudly sees as her superpower, I brings creativity, energy and outside-the-box thinking to everything I do. Outside of support work, I loves music, motorbike riding, camping, fishing, wakeboarding and surfing behind the boat. I enjoy trying new things, spending time outdoors, crafting, and connecting with animals of all kinds. In fact, I’m not even afraid of spiders! I am currently 20 years old and have completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education! I have previous experience babysitting children ages 8-10 as well as undergoing and placement and casual work with babies, toddlers and kinders at a childcare centre in Doncaster. I also previously worked at a sports centre in Springvale that hosts kids parties on the weekends and a school holiday program for primary-aged children. I have been a Cub Leader for 2 years, before being a leader I was a Youth Leader for 3 years, I'm a Rover and have babysat younger cousins, nieces and nephews. I have volunteered at primary schools and have assisted teachers. Cubs are on a Thursday night at 6:30pm and some weekends, I wouldn't be available in September holidays due to attending Victorian Cuborree.
