Hey! My name is Hailey and I currently live in Beulah park. I currently work as a ward assistant at Burnside hospital Monday to Friday. I am looking for babysitting work in the evening (after 2/3pm) Monday to Friday. My love for working with kids started by watching my older siblings babysit after school hours for kids in our community in the South East. From then I decided to follow their footsteps. As I reached high school my older siblings had moved to Adelaide for school in which I took over and started babysitting the same kids. I realised I had a massive passion for working with kids and helping out families. When I finished school I worked on my family farm along with picking up a babysitting job. I cared for a one year old twice a week for 2 years. I absolutely love working with infants and toddlers, but I babysit children of all ages. When I'm not babysitting or working I love baking, visiting extended family, swimming and keeping fit. I consider myself to be a very well organised, reliable and enthusiastic individual. Born in Melbourne and where I lived for the first 3 years of my life. I relocated to the UK where I completed school, and subsequently obtained a degree in English from the University of Sussex. I recently permanently relocated to Adelaide. Since graduating, I have had experience working with children aged 4-11 in a school as a teacher's aide and as general support staff. During my time at the school, I was responsible for providing one-on-one support for children with special educational needs and disabilities, led small group interventions which covered all curriculum areas, completed a course focusing on supporting the emotional wellbeing of the children and independently ran sessions for those who needed access to social and emotional support, occasionally covered for class teacher and assisted with lesson planning. I have also worked as a babysitter for children of all ages over the span of 12 years and provided private tutoring too. I would love to become a Nanny, as I take great joy in helping children learn, grow and explore the world around them.
