Hi, my name is Carly! I have worked in a childcare setting full time for the past four years in a variety of roles, including Room Leader, Responsible Person and Assistant Educator. I am now looking for casual work with children as I begin my journey back to university. I have experience working with children aged 4 months to 5 years, with particularly strong experience supporting children aged 6 months to 3 years through my childcare background. This has given me extensive knowledge of the key developmental areas for these ages, as well as the activities and learning experiences that best support continuous growth and development. My philosophy is that building strong, trusting connections with children is the most important part of working in this field. I believe in fostering a sense of independence while always ensuring children feel safe, supported, and engaged. I also hold my First Aid certification, complete yearly CPR refreshers, have my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and hold my Mandatory Reporting certificate. Alongside this, I have worked with children with a wide range of additional needs and feel confident in my ability to provide loving, nurturing care tailored to each child’s individual needs.

I am a French osteopath and I am a caring, reliable and motivated person with a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine love for working with children. I have experience supporting families and caring for people of different ages, which has helped me develop patience, empathy and adaptability. Currently finishing my studies in osteopathy, I have a good understanding of the human body, health and well-being. I am calm, attentive and always focused on creating a safe, positive and nurturing environment for children. I enjoy engaging kids in fun and educational activities, helping them learn and grow while ensuring their safety and comfort. I am also happy to assist with daily routines, light household tasks and supporting busy families. I am available from early July and excited to join a kind family on the Sunshine Coast.

I am a qualified early years teacher who has recently returned from the UK where I was working as a teacher. I have 10+ years working in childcare & am happy helping with household chores.
