Hi, I’m 20 and currently taking a gap year before starting university next year. I have plenty of babysitting experience with kids of all ages and also worked as an au pair in Sydney for 4 months, which gave me great skills in caring for children throughout their daily routines. I love spending time with kids – playing games, helping with homework, doing crafts, and keeping them entertained in a safe and supportive way. I am reliable, patient, and always aim to make kids feel comfortable and happy when I’m looking after them. I have a Working With Children Check and can provide references from families I’ve worked with in the past. I’d love to help out your family and get to know your little ones!

Hi i’m Suzy, i’m 19 years old. I have completed a cert 3 In early childhood education and care and am currently studying a bachelor of secondary education at Avondale, with the ambition of completing my masters in primary education afterwards. I have always loved working with children, and have been casual and part-time babysitting since I was 12. I have always been very passionate in my role, I interact very well with children and enjoy being playful with them and creating positive and nurturing bonds. In my previous roles I have supported kids with school work, after school activities and pick up , household tasks including laundry and meals, as well as creating fun activities.

I’m a 19 year old uni student living in Kurri Kurri and working casually at a nursing home. I have 2 younger sisters and previous experience in babysitting, housesitting and pet sitting. I would describe myself as outgoing and bubbly and like to be a positive influence on younger children. My weekly shifts vary but I am consistently available mornings and late evenings.

I’m a warm, caring and reliable early childhood professional with 20+ years’ experience in the early childhood education and care sector, including extensive hands-on experience with babies, newborns and infants (feeding, settling, sleep routines and early development). I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, a current Working With Children Check, Poilce Check, an up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, SIDS and Safe Sleep training. I also have extensive experience working with children with ADHD, Autism, and children who may not have an official diagnosis but may experience some difficulties with behaviour or expressing their emotions. I am a registered Circle of Security Facilitator - in both parent and classroom approaches. I prioritise kindness, building secure, reciprocal relationships and developing trust and connection. I am extremely patient, calm, compassionate and respectful - both personally and professionally. I am also flexible and respectful of each parents/families parenting approach. I have a full driver’s licence, my own car, I’m a non-smoker, and a big animal lover, so I’m very comfortable with pets. I’m also happy to help out with light housework, washing and meal prep. I live in Cessnock but am more than happy to travel. I dont have children of my own but I am fortunate enough to be an aunty to my young neices and nephews.
