Hello! My name is Vanessa and I am currently looking for employment as a part-time nanny. Throughout my career of working with children, I have always strived to connect with the children in a personal and emotional way. My international work has also allowed me to experience many different cultures and ethnic backgrounds, which have helped me developed a variety of skills to adapt to children’s needs and parents’ expectations. In 2010, I volunteered with two refugee camps in Thailand, where I was able to support orphan children with very specific and often challenging needs. I was able to help these children become comfortable with their emotions, gain confidence, and increase their motivation, trust and self-esteem. My proficiency with numerous languages, and working in vastly different countries and cultures, has given me valuable tools and insights, enabling me to become a patient and knowledgeable childcare provider. In 2017, I was offered the position of the Head Nanny of the Royal family of UAE. This experience was very enriching for my carrier. I then took a even bigger challenge and accepted an offer to set up a kids club in a luxury resort in Dubai. I’m highly motivated to fulfil a challenging role in this field. With my attention to children’s needs, and being driven to constantly evolve, I can offer safe and reliable support to your family or team. I have a very bubbly personality and absolutely love working with children. I consider myself to be a quick learner, open-minded and responsible.
