Hello, We are looking for a nanny for Tuesdays starting Nov 16th for our 1 year old son and almost 4 year old daughter. Our daughter is in kinder from until 130 locally, so it will just be our son in the morning and then will require walking to the kinder to pick her up. We are looking for an after school Nanny for 2 days (preferable Mon and Wed, but negotiable) for our 5.5 y.o. girl/boy twins who attend Prep in Hampton. I am looking for someone who is able to start for Term 4 (early Oct, but this is flexible depending on availability). The kids and happy, friendly and easy going. We are a friendly and busy household, and both parents are ‘essential/permitted workers’ so ‘in house’ child minding is now permitted in line with the current Victorian Lockdown regulations The job will include pick up after School, engage in a few ‘after school’ activities incl. reading, play, organizing dinner for the kids (dinner will usually include pre-cooked, and require warming up) and tidying up the kids’ dinner. There may be (at most) some light 'kids related' house duties eg. laundry, kids dinner prep and tidy up. Each session will be between approx. 2.5 hours (approx. 3.15-5.45pm). The right person would need to have a current Working with Police check, Vic Police check, current Driver’s License and own car. First aid training is preferable. Kids car seats will be provided for the pick up days. We are both fully Covid vaccinated, and ideally would prefer the Nanny also be partially/fully Covid vaccinated; or someone who is planning on getting vaccinated asap. I work full time and I need some help organising and my family and home and caring for my 4yo in childcare fulltime and 7 yo in year 1. Mon, 3-7pm Tues 8.30-10.30am and then 3-7pm Wed, 3-7pm Thurs 3-7.30pm Fri 3-6.30pm All in all, 20hrs a week standard and extra hours each month babysitting ( 22hours a week average) I’m also needing domestic family support at times as well ( I need an Alice from the Brady Bunch!) Things like laundry, kitchen tidy up, dropping by the shop for milk, meal prep and basic cooking, running errands, arranging maintenance, post office pick ups etc. You will need your own vehicle and might have your own booster seats or be comfortable putting our seats into a car correctly or using our vehicle when it is available. We are looking for an experienced carer who loves being with busy, active boys, and has some flexibility to work hours that are longer some weeks. Hours are Mondays 3.15-6pm (some weeks until 9.30pm), Tuesdays (7am-12.30), Thursdays 3.15-6pm (some weeks until 9.30pm), Fridays 7am-9.15am. We are looking for someone to look after our daughter who has just turned one. We would love to find someone who will play with her, challenge her and take her out and about on adventures. She is a happy and adventurous child who is babbling away, just starting to take her first couple of steps, and is zooming around the house crawling and loves having books read to her. The hours will predominantly be 12-5pm, 3-5 days per week but there is definitely potential for more hours and evening/weekend work as both of us occassionally work weekends etc. We are looking for someone with experience looking after a 1 year old and are also trying to minimise gender-based play/care. We are looking for a reliable, experienced and caring babysitting to look after little George from 8am - midday two week days a week. We are flexible with the days. We would also love assistance with light household tasks (eg unstacking dishwasher, folding clothes, tidying) if George is sleeping during the time you are with us. If he requires all your attention than this is not a priority. Carlos will be working from home in the house. Vanessa will be using this time to catch up on sleep and run errands.
