This is a little different from a traditional nanny role. I’ll usually be at home and will remain our daughter’s primary carer. What I’m really looking for is an extra pair of capable hands to make the day run more smoothly.

Depending on what’s needed that day, the role might include:
- Playing with our daughter, or reading with her or taking her for a walk while I cook, work, shower or get something done

We are looking for a part-time nanny. Whooping cough vaccine within the last five years is mandatory. Roughly 15 hours a week. We'd like someone who is available Monday mornings, Friday mornings and occasional Sundays. Occasional night shifts available as the newborn gets a little older but not required.

We have an 18m old boy and will be welcoming a new baby very soon, so experience with newborns is preferred. Childcare qualifications or previous nanny experience with young babies preferred, and references should be available. At least one parent will be home for most of your shift at the start.

I have two boys (aged 7 and 9).
I need someone to do pick up from school at 3:30 and hangout with them until about 6pm on Monday-Friday.
At home, I need a bit of a hand - emptying dishwasher, getting dinner on and making lunchboxes for the next day. Where possible a little spot cleaning or laundry but nothing overwhelming. There will be some travelling to basketball training as well.
