My husband and I work from home. We have an 8-year-old son who we home-school and a 3-month-old baby who is also home with us. We’re looking for a warm, dependable nanny to help out in a mother’s helper capacity on weekday afternoons from 4–7pm.

We will always be at home while you’re working, so we’re always available if needed.

The location of this job is Arundel (Gold Coast) QLD.

Your duties would include:

1. Light housekeeper and cleaner tasks like folding laundry, doing dishes, and vacuuming
2. Playing with our 8-year-old. He is easy to get along with and enjoys board games, basketball, table tennis, trampoline, etc.
3. Light cooking, such as heating up dinner for our son or preparing vegetables
4. Ad hoc tasks and general assistance as needed
5. (Eventually some child care) Helping watch baby while we are at home — though for now, mum and dad handle that fully

More About the Role:

• Hourly rate: Depends on experience, age, and capabilities
• Schedule to start: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (3 days/week), with potential to increase to 4–5 days
• Hours: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Long-term position
• Not live-in / no accommodation included
• Preferred: Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police Check, and First Aid Certificate

We are moving to Surfers Paradise, so we are seeking a nanny from the 7th September 2025.
We are looking for a nanny to work four days per week, Mon-Thurs, in the Chevron Island area. The days are negotiable, as you may prefer to work Tues-Fri. The hours are either 8 AM - 4.30 PM.
We are a professional couple with two boys aged 4 years and 2 1/2 years, respectively. Both of us are mostly away during the day, although sometimes one of us will be working from a home office.
What We’re Looking For—
- Childcare experience, with the usual nanny duties, which we can discuss at an interview.
- Ideally, you would be able to provide a caring and enriching environment for the children.
- A current WWCC.
- Engaging in age-appropriate activities to promote their development.

I am looking for regular general help with the kids, meal prep, helping with school work, some general household chores such as folding and putting washing away, taking our toy Cavoodle for brief walks and someone who can take initiative and jump in.
Highly prefer someone who has a car and is comfortable doing school pick up and take to after school sports (all close by).
