A professional, proactive and energetic nanny is needed for the care of two children aged nearly 4 and 2.5
Requiring a nanny who is a strong and nurturing leader that can engage with the children as well as showing initiative in their home.
I am full-time working Mum and wanting my children to be home one day from care: potentially- if works a second day throughout the week could be added.
I will be working from home on the Thursday just to flag - so someone who is comfortable/capable of having the mum around as I appreciate this can add a layer of complexity.
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Duties include:
- Morning activity out of the house
- Putting them down for a sleep about 12-2
- Preparing snacks/lunch
- Prepare dinner for myself to complete
- A load of washing if required
- Keeping the house tidy
Ideally a drivers licence to take kids to activities.
Rate per hour - Depending on qualifications and experience - happy to discuss this further as I really want someone to lighten my mental load.
Please reach out to me directly if interested, happy to share some more information about our family/expectations before we meet.
We have two incredible children, a 12yr old girl and 8yr old boy. Our daughter is a creative, active and social girl currently in Year 6 at local public school. Our son is a sweet, talkative and fun kid currently finishing year 2.
Both are easy to manage, respectful kids and we are seeking a loving carer who can replace our superstar nanny who is unfortunately leaving us for full time work that aligns with her study.
Our home is on a quiet small street with a lovely, supportive, community of neighbours who have known our family for many years.
What you will be doing
- General supervision of both children
- School pickups
- Extra curricular activity drop off and pick up (all activities are within 5km of our home and include things like dancing, sport lessons)
- Bath time, main meals, snacks
- Occasional run up to local grocery store
- General housework - loading dishwasher, packing away washing, running the dryer/washing machine, and ensuring kids are keeping their space and the home clean at the end of each day.
Successful candidate can meet our current nanny to get a deeper reference on our family, our kids, and way of working.
I’m looking for a nanny to come to our home for a few hours per week to engage with my children in a hands-on, playful, and educational way. The ideal person will have a background in early childhood education and be confident setting up age-appropriate activities that support learning and development.
I’m after someone who can truly connect with the kids—playing with them, guiding them through creative and stimulating experiences like sensory play, basic science experiments, storytelling, and games. This role is more than just supervision; I’ll be home during this time, so I’m seeking someone who can take the lead in enriching their day through fun, purposeful play.
Eventually, once there is a mutual trust and connection, hours and days may increase.
It’s important to us to find someone with the right mix of skill and heart—someone who will make a positive and lasting impact on our children.
We looking for a babysitter on a regular basis few hours weekly. Someone who has experience in looking after toddlers and speaks French would be a plus for the profile we are looking for.
I have currently a girls of 3.5 yo and a boy 20months.
We are looking for a nanny two days a week for our 8 month old boy. We are needing someone who is available from 8:30am to 5:00pm (or 8:00am to 4:30) on 1-2 days a week between Monday and Friday.
Please note we have another baby who'll be joining our family March 2026, needing nannying from 3-5 months old depending on how much parental leave we can get (with an increase in hourly rate for the care of two children of course).
Who we are looking for:
- Must love cats! We have two indoor-only girl cats. This job is not advisable if you have a cat allergy.
- Previous experience with infants is favourable, but we are also happy to provide all the guidance needed if you don't have the experience.
- We are hoping to build a long term relationship, as we feel consistency is best for our child/ren (and our cats).
Responsibilities include:
- Playing with bub and age appropriate activities
- Helping on the potty and doing nappy changes
- Putting bub down for naps
- Cleaning up any messes made by bub
- Feeding bub as per schedule provided (formula and solids)
- Doing bubs laundry and putting it away (washing machine and dryer, only his washing and not the households)
- Washing bubs dishes and storing them (we have a dishwasher with a sanitisation setting and a dryer/UV steriliser, some household dishes may be included as he eats off of the same crockery as us and we wash everything together)
- Preparing bubs bottles
- Tidying bubs room and play area
Requirements
- Working with children's check
- Proof of vaccinations
- Whopping cough vaccination booster (for protecting our upcoming newborn)
- Yearly flu shot
- Must have been vaccinated for COVID19 in the past
- Yearly COVID19 booster favoured but not required
- Willing to cover the cost of vaccinations and the WWCC should you not already have them. Willing to cover the cost of ongoing vaccinations.
To Note
- Mum works from home most days and dad works from home sometimes, so one or both of us will almost always be home. Grandpa ('GP' cause "Grandpa sounds old") is also over once a week usually on a Friday so you might have some extra "help".
- Our home has security cameras, the location of them all would be pointed out when you start.
- We have free visitor parking available onsite should you need it.
- Payment available to be made in cash or via bank transfer or Wise (this is up to you)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Night Nanny who can assist us most Saturday nights and some Thursday nights with our son who is 5 months old.

Baby sleeps most of the night and only wakes usually once for a feed.

We’re a family of three based in Lane Cove with a four-month-old baby, and we’re looking for a caring and experienced babysitter to help out occasionally on Friday or Saturday afternoons/evenings.
We’re after someone who: • Has experience with infants • Holds a current Working with Children Check • Has up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification
This is a casual, ad hoc role—ideal for someone confident caring for young babies and happy to support a local family from time to time for a night out or a few hours of downtime. You don’t need to be based in Lane Cove, just willing to travel.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Please reach out with a bit about your experience and availability.

We are seeking a permanent nanny to care for our two children starting in November 2025.
We will be arriving in Sydney on 23rd/24th November. Both kids start school the week starting 13th Jan 2026. Based on this, we will need you for 35-40 hours every week until January 13th. After that, the schedule of morning drop-off and evening pick-up will take effect, which means fewer hours per week but regular hours. Additionally, we will appreciate your help during the holiday period. Although the total number of hours will vary, we will work with you a week in advance to ensure complete transparency and clear communication regarding your hours.
We are looking for a mother’s helper to assist 3-7 mornings a week from 6:30/7am-10am the weeks beginning 3/11/25, 1/12/25 and ideally 12/1/26 when I am on call.
Mornings are hectic with 5 kids 5 and under, but the role is really as an additional pair of hands to get everyone ready in the morning/tidy up/make lunches/walk the dog etc, unless I get a phone call in which case some supervision of kids would be required just while I am on the phone (but not more than 3 children).
I need all 7 days covered each of those weeks but happy to consider 2 people who can do a few days each provided the days are consecutive (e.g. Mon-Wed).
I do 7 weeks a year on call, so bonus points if this is something you could take on next year as well, but this is not expected, and happy to hear from someone that can only do one of those weeks.
I’m looking for a kind and reliable nanny to help with my 5-month-old baby. Ideally, I’d need support 3–4 days a week (Mon- Thursdays) for up to 5-6 hours a day. It would involve following his routine (feeding, naps, playtime) and keeping him engaged in a safe and nurturing way.
If you’re available and keen let me know and we can schedule an initial session to discuss and see how my baby adapts and from there we can discuss a more regular arrangement if it feels like a good fit.
Please let me know if you’re available and interested.

Looking for a responsible adult to monitor 2 children (11 boy and 12 girl) and manage the house for 2 afternoons a week (Mondays and Thursday) when the parents are not working from home. This will include taking children to activities (local activities and own car required, but no car seats needed), general tidy up, cooking dinner and monitoring kids (ensuring not on a screen, they tidy up their areas, they do homework if required). Needs to be strong personality that will not be swayed by my far-too-clever, always-bored and work-every-angle son! There is a potential to take this to 3 afternoons a week (negotiable).
