While caring for the children is the priority the following duties are also expected:
- cooking for and feeding the children
- tidying up after them
- changing my 1yo nappy
- cleaning up the kitchen after meal prep
- preparing their bags for upcoming activities and days (so looking ahead at their schedules and preparing them)
- folding and putting away their laundry

If you have extra experience in housekeeping or are interested in that role, we can discuss additional hours and expectations.

I would prefer if you had a licence but it isn’t necessary.

We are looking for a nanny two days a week for our 8 month old boy. We are needing someone who is available from 8:30am to 5:00pm (or 8:00am to 4:30) on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Please note we have another baby who'll be joining our family March 2026, needing nannying from 3-5 months old depending on how much parental leave we can get (with an increase in hourly rate for the care of two children of course).

Who we are looking for:
- Must love cats! We have two indoor-only girl cats. This job is not advisable if you have a cat allergy.

We’re looking for someone to help care for our 6 year old son a few days a week - specifically, to collect him from school in Annandale, travel home with him on the bus to Glebe, and maybe spend a little time with him while I collect my other children. This specific job is for Monday 10 November 2025 to Saturday 16 November 2025 whilst I am travelling for work. I have two children (aged 13 and 9) - details of what a "usual" day would look like have been outlined below:
- Morning: drop off including 13 year old to bus stop nearby and 9 year old to school (approximately 20 mins away) - can be dropped off from 7:20am to before school care
- Afternoon: 13 year old self sufficient and will get themselves home, 9 year old needs collecting at approximately 6pm from either school or swimming lessons
- Evening: cook dinner, ensure nightly tasks are done including homework and lunchboxes and uniforms for the next day
- Overnight: stay overnight in a private room (my room)

Note that the 13 year old has Type 1 Diabetes and is largely self sufficient. Their dad and I are not together however he lives close to the 9 year old's school and can be available in the case of an emergence however I need support on a day to day basis. Food/fridge all provided, no shopping required however will need to prepare dinners (will stock freezer with very easy/straight forward meals). Car a must and first aid important given medical matters with the eldest.
