About us:
- We are a warm, down to earth, busy family of four based in Blackburn North seeking a kind, experienced & proactive part-time nanny to become a valued part of our home, ideally for 2 to 3 days per week on either Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays (Approx. 8.30am - 5.30pm).
About the role:
- Primary focus of the role is caring for our 20 month-old daughter
- Seeking 2 to 3 days per week, ideally on either Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays (Approx. 8.30am - 5.30pm).
- Assistance with after school support for our 8 year old daughter also required on these days.
About You:
- You are naturally warm, calm, and nurturing, with a genuine love and passion for young children.
- You can provide attentive, nurturing care, while supporting age-appropriate routines, play and development.
- You are organised, proactive & comfortable managing/supporting a gentle daily rhythm in a busy family home.
- Minimum 2 years experience working with young children and infants.
- Open to preparing meals for our 20 month old and doing light duties around the home as required.
- Kind, patient, and safety-focused.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Have a driver’s licence as it's essential for school pick-ups (We have a car available for use).
- Hold a Current Working With Children Check and Police Check.
