We are looking to build our pool of casual babysitters for evening work to look after our two children (ages 3 and 4.5). They're used to babysitters and have a well honed night time routine.

No set days sought, just looking for people who would be interested in being on the list of people we can call if we have events etc.

We pay by electronic transfer at the end of a shift.

If the shift involves actual hands on child care (i.e. giving the kids dinner and putting them to bed etc) we pay $25 per hour. If it's after bedtime (so shift starting from 7PM) then the rate is $20. The latter might really suit students who want to get paid whilst doing some quiet study/watching our TV and various streaming services!

We don't need you to do housework - but just to tidy up after yourself and the kids if you make any mess together etc.

We would expect any babysitter to be appropriately vaccinated against COVID.

Best suited to people with babysitting experience, who have the capacity to drive home or get themselves safely home after a nigh time shift.

We do have a dog - he is very friendly old boy, so requires nothing from you, but any carer needs to be comfortable that there is a large dog in the home.
