Nanny in Balmain : Tues - Fri after school

We are are looking for a Nanny to become part of our family to look after our near 11 year old daughter.

We are looking for 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday ) 3.15 - 6.15 pm - based in Balmain but Bianca goes to school in IGS in Ultimo so a car is a must.

The day starts with after school pick-up then take to a few after school activities, playdates, monitor homework, help prepare her dinner and get her ready for the next day (where she catches bus to school in morning)

We are trying to teach her independence - so a kind, flexible, well organised mentor/big sister type is what we are after - she has been too reliant on nanny's doing everything for her in the past so she needs someone who is firm but fair to get her ready for high school.

Ideally we want commitment until minimum the school term starting in Feb 2027 but we will also be looking for the same person until she goes to high school if that also interests.
