Babysitter / Nanny – Malvern East

We’re looking for a warm, reliable and experienced babysitter/nanny to help care for our two girls, aged 12 months and 5 years (turning 6 in October), from October 2026.

The role is primarily caring for our 12-month-old during the day, including preparing meals and snacks, keeping her areas tidy and organised, and enjoying age-appropriate play and activities. The role also includes school drop-off and pick-up for our eldest, whose school is within walking distance, plus after-school care.

We are a friendly family based in Malvern East, near Hedgeley Dene Gardens. Most things are within walking distance, including parks, IGA and school, so a car isn’t required.

Hours: 8:15am–5:30pm, one day per week (Wednesday or Thursday), plus potential ad hoc babysitting.

Start: 1st October 2026

Pay: $35/hour, depending on experience.

We’re looking for someone nurturing, proactive and safety-conscious, with infant/toddler experience, current WWCC, First Aid/CPR, recent references and a non-smoker. We’d ideally arrange a couple of paid trial days throughout school holidays before commencing.
