We are a friendly and busy family based in a beautiful beachfront home in Perth, looking for a French-speaking House Manager / Family Assistant to help keep our household organised and running smoothly.

This role suits someone who enjoys running an organised household and being a trusted support to a busy family.

The position combines household organisation with helping coordinate the schedules of our three school-aged children. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and reliable, and interested in a stable, longer-term role.

Key Responsibilities

Children & Family Support

• Oversee the children’s daily organisation between school, home and activities

• Assist with school pick-ups and activity logistics when required

• Help the children practice and learn French

• Support smooth after-school routines

• Help keep children’s areas organised

Household Management

• Laundry management (an important part of the role)

• Housekeeping and daily home organisation

• Keeping the household tidy, organised and running smoothly

• Helping coordinate and oversee other housekeeping staff where required

• Supporting the overall organisation of the home

Requirements

• Native or fluent French speaker (essential)

• Confident driver

• Organised, reliable and proactive

• Comfortable working in a busy family home

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
