We’re a warm and welcoming family in North Balwyn seeking a kind, reliable, and experienced nanny to join us on a consistant basis supporting our two young boys (4 year old and 15 month old).
The role is predominantly caring for the 15 month old boy as the 4 year old will mostly be at kinder, however caring for both will be required on occasion.
Location & hours:
• Located in: North Balwyn
• Hours/days:
Monday - 7.30am- 4pm for the 15 month old only.
Wednesday - Ad hoc a few hours for both boys, towards the end of the year hours on this day may increase for the 15 month old
Friday - Flexible, a few hours for the 15 month old in the morning.
There may also be an opportunity for additional hours over weekends / weeknights while we attend social events (if of interest).
This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children, who can become a trusted part of our family over time.
Who we’re looking for:
- Warm, nurturing, and responsible caregiver
- Experience with younger children (from 1-4)
- Ability to plan fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
- Comfortable helping with meal prep, feeding, and assisting with children’s daily routines
- Happy to help with light duties around the house, tidying play areas, dishes and light kitchen tidying, kids laundry if required
- Able to manage both children on occasion
- Certification in First Aid & CPR is ideal
- WWCC, police check and references required
