Meet Viola: A nanny and babysitter in Melbourne, VIC

Hi Mums and Dads,

I’m from Taiwan and currently studying Early Childhood Education at Melbourne Polytechnic.

In 2019, I worked as an au pair in London, spending a year with a lovely family of three children. We’re still in touch, and they kindly supported me by writing a reference letter for my Australian student visa application.

After returning to Taiwan, I worked as a part-time English tutor at World Family English for two years, teaching children aged 3 to 12. I then had the opportunity to work as a part-time English teacher at Papa Jordan International Preschool, where I focused on teaching children aged 3 to 5.

The same experiences inspired me to further develop my skills in early childhood education, which is why I’m now back in Melbourne to continue my studies.
