Meet Julianne: A babysitter in Bacchus Marsh, VIC

I am a mature, energetic, creative person who is great with kids. I am an ex-TAFE teacher and current English tutor. I work in Disability Support and babysitting.

I have supported two teenage boys with autism and ADHD in Darley over the past three years. I currently babysit in Darley - looking after a 2 year old and a 7 year old with Autism, ADHA and Oppositional Defiance disorder. I can provide an excellent reference from this family as to my creative approach to care and activities with this child of complex needs.

In the past, I have run holiday programs for children in Daylesford, volunteered at the Smith Family Homework club in St Albans, and volunteered with disabled children for Interchange (Sunshine.) I also did an Artist-in-residency at Corio primary school with grader 3-5.

I have taught English in places around the world including China, Nepal and recently Saudi Arabia. And have brought up two wonderful children of my own (still impatiently waiting for grandchildren!)
