Dear families,

I am a 38-year-old professional senior Childcare educator with a TAFE Diploma. Now, I am studying a Bachelor of Education at Curtin University. I had a 14 years old daughter and I live in Sydney and am currently seeking full-time or part-time weekday or casual weekend employment.

I have more than 12 years of experience working with children of a range of ages, including special needs experience in the childcare setting environment. ( ADHD, Global delay, Autism, diabetic & special needs children, also I have experience working with twins family. I am very flexible and can be negotiate if any problem.

My strength:

• Over 14 years of experience in supervising and caring for children aged between 0 and 12 years in a children's service setting, and understand that your child's safety is your first priority.

• Hold Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education certificate from TAFE

• Current First Aid and CPR certifications and a Clear working with children check.

• Respect parents’ choices, listen your child's voice and follow your child's routine. Open and honest dialogue with parents, Listening to their concerns and taking their preferences into account.

• Building lasting relationships with family, where you feel comfortable leaving your little ones in my care.

• Plan developmentally appropriate activities and games for the children

• Successfully scheduled and well-time-managed for multiple activities.

• Enthusiastically ran errands, completed chores and performed housekeeping tasks. (Simple cooking and preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children and family, child-related cleaning, laundry)

• Confidently bath and dress babies/bottle-feed or weaning and sleep routines.

• willing to stay late when needed, as well as some weekend work

* Also, I have special experience working as a Personal or Company's Events Nanny to provide childcare and set up some age-appropriate activities at the client's workplace, and for occasions such as New Year's Eve party, birthday parties, etc.
