Meet Jasmine: A nanny and babysitter in O'Connor, ACT

Hi! I’m Jasmine, a 22-year-old student currently studying a double degree in Commerce and Design at the Australian National University. Alongside university, I’m also a small business owner, which has taught me a lot about responsibility, organisation, communication and balancing a busy schedule.

I’ve been babysitting since I was 14 and have always genuinely loved being around kids. Alongside babysitting for a range of families over the years, I also regularly look after my young nieces and nephews, so caring for children (multiple at one time) has always been a big part of my life.

I’m warm, reliable, creative and very hands-on. I love spending time outdoors, playing sport, doing creative activities, and I’m also very comfortable around pets. I’m the type of babysitter who loves getting involved — whether that’s arts and crafts, kicking the footy outside, helping with homework, baking, or simply keeping kids entertained and happy.

I’m currently looking for more regular and consistent casual or part-time babysitting work. During semester I have university commitments on Thursdays and Fridays till 3, however I finish up soon and I’ll be completely free throughout June and July during the uni break and would love to take on extra work during that time.

I adore kids and pride myself on creating a fun, safe and caring environment for them. Looking forward to connecting with some lovely families!
