Hi, I’m Charmaine a warm, reliable mum of two with years of hands-on childcare experience.

I’ve worked as a babysitter for private families over several years and have also worked in child focused environments and busy kitchens preparing meals. I hold a Certificate IV in Disability and have experience providing personal care, supporting routines, and maintaining safe, structured environments.

Being a parent myself has given me a strong understanding of children’s needs, patience, behaviour guidance, and the importance of consistency. I’m confident caring for babies, toddlers, and young children, including supporting with meals, bath time, bedtime routines, and settling.
