Meet Danette: A nanny and babysitter in Woolloongabba, QLD

Hello! My name is Danette, I am a 21 year old girl who has recently moved to Brisbane. I am a bubbly, easy-going person who enjoys a challenge.

I am reliable and hard working, and I have always had a passion for working with children.

I grew up with two younger brothers and had younger cousins that lived in a separate house on the same property. I would often nanny these children alone when my parents and their were not home. They were between the ages of 2-12 and had some extracurricular activities they participated in as well.

Aside from this I have also had plenty of other baby sitting experience from casual jobs.

My experience in babysitting has taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and attentiveness. I am skilled in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. I am also adept at engaging children in fun and educational activities, helping with homework, and managing bedtime routines. My strong communication skills allow me to effectively interact with both children and their parents, ensuring that everyone is on the same page regarding expectations and routines. Above all, I understand the importance of being trustworthy and dependable, and I take pride in being someone parents can count on to take care of their children as if they were my own.
