Meet Barbara: A nanny and babysitter in Essendon, VIC

Hello parents! I am a future teacher looking to add some additional care and fun for your kids. I am a 2018 graduate of Latrobe University with a Bachelor of Creative Arts and I am currently completing my Master degree in Teaching (primary) at Victoria University. I am passionate about nurturing and looking after children and I am looking for an opportunity to take care of children before, after school and on weekends. I've worked as a children's party entertainer, catering for children aged 3-12 but I am also passionate about volunteering. I volunteered for 2 years in the Royal Children's Hospital in the pathology unit, long term patient unit and in their movie theatre. I also continue to volunteer for NSWPKU youth camps that require me to be responsible for four school children and facilitate outdoor activities. I have two parent references. I enjoy nurturing children which is why teaching is my chosen career. I am caring, adaptable, organised and most importantly, fun!
