I’m 21 years old and recently finished my certificate 3 in childcare and early education and about to start my diploma. I have been working in the industry for over a year with Guardian Childcare and Education company and recently been nominated as Educator of the year. I previously worked with 1-2 years and now currently working with our birth-1 years, however, have had opportunities to work and care for older age groups.
