Meet Amanda: A nanny in Balwyn North, VIC

I am looking for a daytime Nanny role ideally between school hours . I am extremely comfortable with children of all ages . For the past 10 years whilst raising my 5 children ( now aged 14-25) I have been a registered Family Daycare Educator which involved caring for and educating 4 children at any one time from infancy to 5 yrs of age. I have developed warm and trusting ongoing relationships with the children and their families. I place emphasis on play based learning whilst recognising the importance of communication, language social and emotional and physical development. Age appropriate activites such as story time at the local library, art and craft, visits to parks and playgrounds, fort/ cubby house building, tea parties and spending time outdoors are some of my favourite ways to spend the day with children in my care .
