Meet Bobby: A nanny and babysitter in Kingsbury, VIC

Hello!

My name is Bobby and I am an artist and horticulturalist based in Kingsbury.

I am currently looking for additional work babysitting during the week, while also working as a teacher’s aide at both a local primary school and high school.

I also attend art and craft markets some weekends with my own small creative business!

I have been babysitting regularly for well over a decade now, with experience caring for babies and children of all ages.

I am a very attentive babysitter, with their well-being and safety being my first priority. I am vigilant and skilled when responding to potential risks/safety concerns.

An important part of babysitting for me is spending quality time and facilitating creative and educational activities. Such as the use of arts and crafts as tools of expression, learning about environmental sciences, gardening, fairy house construction, short story and poetry writing, making music (singing, guitar, ukulele) and excursions to local libraries, parks and the creek!

I am also trained and highly skilled in assisting with homework and school related tasks of all subjects.

I am able to assist with cleaning, laundry and meal prep, if you are looking for someone to help out inbetween school drop off/pick ups to keep routines running smoothly.

I am passionate about helping children to reach their best personal, academic and creative potentials and helping them thrive during important developmental periods.

An area of specialty for me includes working with children with various neurodiverse conditions such as Autism and ADHD.
